Return Eligibility

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your silver bracelet must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging, including the SYRA box and any tags.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at syrajewellers@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at syrajewellers@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
